Our program is designed to be efficient and effective. Training sessions are designed to take about 60 mins, and you have the option to choose between a three or four day option, depending on your capacity. When it comes to nutrition, we recommend you allow approximately 30 mins per day (which can be batched into meal prep times). There are also lots of resources and tools included to help you save time deciding what to eat, and give you lots of inspo with simple recipes to follow.
We provide ongoing support & accountability through weekly group coaching calls and a dedicated Q&A channel. Our program is designed to keep you motivated and on track, even during busy times, so you can achieve your fitness goals with confidence, in a fun & engaging environment.
No way girl. My approach focusses on quality over quantity, so your training commitments can actually work in to enhance your life, not take away from it. You'll learn how to integrate fitness into your routine without major sacrifices. Of course getting in shape takes work, and it's not always easy - however, I am here to show you that you CAN do it, and I'll show you how to get epic results by doing less, but doing it better. This also means it sets you up for long term success, as you will learn these skills and have them for life.
I can safely say that everyone who I have worked with, who has consistently shown up for themself, has achieved great results. We work with realistic targets, so that you can build confidence and momentum, and there is support available every step of the way if you get stuck. If you are interested enough to be signing up for help with this goal of yours, you should have enough interest to take action on your goals. The targets are reasonable and there is loads of support - you just need to show up. If you can't do this, then I will be real, don't do it. But if you can show up for yourself, then you will smash it.
